Many times when we build a new home for a client, it is their second home and they are not there full time. In this case we move on to our maintenance division. We can do property checks ensuring that in the winter your driveway is plowed, the heat is working, the dock is safe, and all the other things that can cause trouble during the cold winter months. In the summer time we can take care of your landscaping needs, lawn and garden maintenance, and make sure that your boat or PWC is okay. Whatever your needs may be, we can continue the relationship built during the construction of your home by taking care of your property maintenance needs.
